Coconut with Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
What you'll need:
- 1 can of coconut milk
- 1/2 container or nutriwhip (or a non dairy cream substitute)
- 1/2 a 70% dark chocolate lindt bar (chop into fine pieces)
Pour your coconut milk and nutriwhip into a bar and stir to combine.
Assemble your ice cream machine (making sure you've had your freezer bowl in the freezer for AT LEAST 24hrs).
Pour your coconut/nutriwhip mixture into the ice cream machine and turn on.
Let it churn for about 20 mins, then add chocolate pieces.
Let churn for another 15 mins, scoop into a serving dish and enjoy!! Pin It
