Apple Cider Sorbet
What you'll need:
- 2 cups of apple juice
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1/3 of sugar
- 1 cup of strong dry cider
*optional - a couple drops of green food colouring
In a pot add the water and the sugar and heat till all the sugar is melted. Pour into a bowl and cool in the fridge.
After the sugar water is cooled, add the cider, lemon juice and apple juice (and a couple drops of the food colour if you choose to).
Assemble your ice cream maker, turn it on and pour mixture in. Let it churn for about 30 - 45 minutes.
Scoop into serving dish and enjoy!
